Relationship & Trauma Recovery Coach

Reagan knows what it looks like when pain rewrites your story. She's watched it happen in her own family, sat with it in her own heart, and made the choice to let God meet her in the middle of it rather than run from it.

Reagan Smalley, M.A.ย

That journey is what drives her work today.ย

With training in trauma-informed care, DBT, and CBT, Reagan brings real clinical skill to her coaching. But what sets her apart is something you can't learn in a classroom: she genuinely believes you already have what it takes to heal. Her job isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you while you untangle the stories that have kept you stuck and step into the freedom you were made for.

Reagan is passionate about the place where faith and mental health stop being an either/or and start working together. She creates a space where you can be honest about what hurts without feeling judged, where your emotions make sense instead of being something to manage, and where restoration isn't just a nice idea but something you're actually moving toward.

If you're tired of feeling stuck, if you're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through life and start building something that actually feels whole, Reagan would love to walk that road with you.

What clients are saying...

โ€œI came in convinced I was too broken to fix. Reagan helped me see that the broken parts weren't the problem. The stories I believed about them were. I finally feel like I can breathe again.โ€

Sarah

โ€œReagan has this way of making you feel safe enough to say the thing you've never said out loud. That changed everything for me.โ€

James

"I tried therapy twice before and always felt like a project. With Reagan, I felt like a person. She helped me find my way back to myself and back to God.โ€
